Terms of Use for Clipart

Please use the following guidelines when using the clip art purchased at the Graphics Shoppe :

Graphics Shoppe is a licensed reseller of graphics by multiple designers.
Graphics may be used for personal and commercial projects, including digital printable creations that you sell online with the exception of Cheryl Seslar graphics  which you must read terms of use and use accordingly to purchase.
The original images may not be shared or resold  in their original format. They must be used as part of your own design in a locked format, meaning that the original graphics cannot be removed from the design. 
Please credit the original artist of the graphic when using their clipart.

All Cheryl Seslar Designs Non-Exclusives/Limited Editions that are sold here at Graphics Shoppe are for Personal Use Only! Which means, any sets that are labeled Non-Exclusive or Limited Edition are only to be used for Personal Use.  However, if you hold a Commercial or a specific Professional License with Cheryl you can use her artwork to make creations and sell them. Please go to her website for more information. 

Exclusive Clip Art Collections (CU/S4H/S4O/PERSONAL):

You can now use any of the Exclusive Cheryl Seslar Designs for CU/S4H/S4O/PERSONAL  (some restrictions apply) .  Dec 2009  You can now use any of the Semi  Exclusive Cheryl Seslar Designs for CU/S4H/S4O/PERSONAL (some restrictions apply). 

You may:  Create printables, scrap kits, web graphics and sell them on your own website, eBay or Etsy.
You may NOT:  Sell or give away anything you create at online craft malls or multi-vendor websites as not to flood the market (per Cheryl Seslar).                                                                                                                                                                                         You may not share or give away any graphics purchased from my site with any other person or on-line group. You may not make printables, web sets, scrap kits, etc and share or give them away in an on-line group

You must credit Graphics Shoppe (www.GraphicsShoppe.com)  and include a link to Cheryl Seslar's website (www.cherylseslardesigns.com) when using Exclusive/Special Edition Cheryl Seslar Designs Clipart Collections.

Revised July 2010   Upgraded Resellers License Cheryl Seslar Designs. You may now use any of these collections for Commercial Use on your own website, eBay,  ETSY,  Zazzle or Cafe Press with credit to Cheryl Seslar Designs.

LICENSED RESELLERS TERMS

Reseller terms are for the graphics purchased in the Resellers Category-ONLY for my resellers.

You may resell this collection on your own website.
Purchase of any product in this RESELLER section grants you a reseller license to sell each collection "as is" on 1 website, but you must be the website owner (whether it's a multi-vendor website or not).  No exceptions are allowed.

Semi Exclusive Sets may not ever be sold  for less then $1.00  Exclusives not less than 3.00

Under no circumstances may you offer any of these sets in any type of Reseller program,graphics club or subscription etc. 
You must resell them as individual collections.

Graphics must remain and be sold in the collection as received, you may NOT mix and match graphics from different collections. You may not share or give away any graphics purchased from my site with any other person or on-line group.          

You MUST give a credit link in each listing where you are selling the set to Graphics Shoppe . Graphics purchased at www.GraphicsShoppe.com for resale. If you can't give a credit link then you can not resell the collection  NO Exceptions.

You must give credit to the Original Artist , for their Artwork
eg: Artwork by CherylSeslar www.CherylSeslarDesigns

You MUST email us with your website address where you will be selling these sets .

Even if you purchased any of these sets in the past from us you MUST re-purchase the reseller version.
